Flame retardant polycarbonate (FR PC) is an engineering plastic based on standard polycarbonate (PC) that has been significantly enhanced with fire-resistant properties through the addition of flame retardants or modifications to its polymer structure. It not only retains the original high transparency, high impact resistance, heat resistance, and dimensional stability of standard PC, but also meets stringent fire safety requirements. While standard PC possesses some self-extinguishing properties and typically achieves a basic UL-94 V-2 rating, applications in sectors such as electronics, automotive, and construction often demand the more rigorous UL-94 V-0 flame-retardant standard.

High-flow polycarbonate (High Flow PC) is an engineering plastic with a significantly improved Melt Flow Rate (MFR), achieved through optimized molecular structure or modified formulations. This type of material not only retains PC's original excellent properties, such as high transparency and high impact resistance, but also completes the molding process in a shorter time, thereby reducing injection pressure and energy consumption.
No halogenated flame retardants are added to the material formulation.
"UV-stabilized" materials inhibit this photodegradation through chemical mechanisms, effectively preventing issues such as fading, chalking, surface cracking, embrittlement, and strength loss during long-term sun exposure, thereby significantly enhancing the product's appearance, weatherability, and service life.
